Club 500

Robertson House is entirely dependent on the public for financial assistance.

One of the ideas that cropped up is to start a Club 500, i.e. we recruit 500 members, each implementing a debit order of R50 a month with Robertson House as the beneficiary.

I guess everybody knows how a Club 500 works: there will be six-monthly or annual lucky draws, where the winner will receive the full amount of his contribution.

Celebrate 21 Years with 21,000 cup cakes

Francor Bakery is baking 21 000 cup cakes to celebrate the 21st birthday of N1 City Mall!

The pretty and colourful cup cakes will be displayed at N1 City Mall, and visitors can give a small donation – in support of Robertson House – and receive a cup cake of their choice.

This is part of a Guiness World Record attempt for the most number of cup cakes baked in a single hour.

Francor Bakery is attempting to bake as many as 1300 in an hour!

Please go and support this excellent cause on Saturday, 29 October 2011, at N1 City Mall.

The West Coast Women’s Parliament is once again hosting a fundraising event in aid of abused women and children, persons with disabilities and the underprivileged.

Robertson House is a beneficiary of this event.

The event will be hosted at the Barnyard Theatre Willowbridge and we would like to enquire whether you are interested to join us for an evening of entertainment.
